Jun,13,2023

On June 9, 2023, the 21st edition of the Red House National Modern Hysteroscopy Training Course, organized by the Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Fudan University and the Chinese Medical Education Association, was held with great importance.

YODO Medical was invited to participate in this conference and conducted on-site hands-on training as well as a satellite session on the application of disposable electronic hysteroscopy in OPH .

During the hands-on training session, Professor Sui Long, the chairman of the conference, personally visited YODO's booth and introduced the DOHIS® disposable electronic hysteroscope to the participants. He highlighted its advantages, such as a slim 5mm diameter scope that allows procedures without anesthesia or cervical dilation. He also emphasized the benefits of the dual-pump linked rapid convection and constant-pressure uterine distension, which ensures a continuous and clear surgical field. Professor Sui Long demonstrated the cutting and polyp grasping techniques using 5FR surgical instruments, sparking great interest and enthusiasm among the attendees. They eagerly took turns to practice on the DOHIS® simulator, striving to improve their skills.

During the YODO satellite session, Professor Duan Hua from Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, affiliated with Capital Medical University, delivered a presentation on the application of disposable electronic hysteroscopy in OPH. Professor Duan Hua highly praised the DOHIS® disposable electronic hysteroscope for its ability to assist in establishing rapid diagnostic and treatment units in clinical settings, thus promoting the rapid development of hysteroscopy examinations in outpatient departments.

The authoritative AI Maternal and Child Platform, an interactive platform for experts in the field of maternal and child health, also provided comprehensive coverage of the conference. They conducted an exclusive interview with Professor Sui Long. During the interview, Professor Sui Long mentioned that in China, there is a large population of patients with uterine cavity diseases, but the existing diagnostic and treatment processes often require multiple visits, which can be time-consuming and labor-intensive. Based on domestic and international literature as well as the specific conditions in China, the concept of "integrated diagnosis and treatment of intrauterine diseases" can be promoted to achieve integrated diagnosis and treatment for patients, improve efficiency, and save medical resources.

Professor Sui Long highly praised YODO Medical's DOHIS® disposable electronic hysteroscopy, as it completely eliminates the risk of cross-infection. Furthermore, it assists clinical doctors in achieving the objectives of diagnosing and treating uterine cavity diseases in a simple, fast, efficient, and safe manner.
